Graphic Novel Builder Out Thursday!

Almost there!

On Thursday, my new book Graphic Novel Builder: the illustrated guide to making your own comics will be out! It’s a book I’m really proud of - fun, bright, playful, and full of character. It was such a pleasure to work on, and I hope that people are enthralled and inspired when they get to read it.

There’s still a bit of time left to preorder a copy before it comes out - either from my pals at Portobello Bookshop or anywhere else! Remember, pre-orders help to elevate the profile of a book when it finally comes out! It’s a drum I’ve been banging all month, and I hope that people are taking the hint :)

Cartoon Musuem: Help Make a Wall-sized Comic & Signing. 13/10 @ 1pm-3pm. Drop-in session where attendees can add a panel to a sprawling collaborative comic. Event is free with paid entry to the museum. 63 Wells Street, London, W1A 3AE.
Blackwells, Edinburgh: Comics Workshop (ticketed). 16/10 @ 1pm-2pm. Free ticketed workshop to get started making you own comic. 53-62 South Bridge, Edinburgh, EH1 1YS.
Portobello Bookshop: Drop-in and Draw. 26/10 @10.15-11.45am. A fun morning of doodling and character creation. 46 Portobello High Street, Edinburgh, EH15 1DA.
